Form of Payment Cash or Charge for rental dues; Cash only for Security Deposits Security Deposit Security Deposit shall be required, which is equal to 70% of the current retail price of the item. It will be fully refunded when items are returned in good condition and on time. Overdue If the rented item was not returned by due date, the customer shall pay for an overdue fee equivalent to the rental rate of day/s lapsed. Charges shall be paid through deduction from the Security Deposit or outright payment. Damage or Lost Any damage due to mishandling, misuse or abuse, and/or resulted to malfunction of the unit while in care of the customer has a corresponding cost. Items shall be assessed upon return and are subjected to cost estimation. The customer shall pay the current retail price of any missing part or lost of the item. Charges shall be paid through deduction from the Security Deposit or outright payment. Equipment Breakdown If any operational problem was encountered, call Handyman DIC Pioneer at 687-2060 / 687-5083 / 687-2062 immediately. If found due to factory defect, the item shall be replaced, but if due to mishandling, misuse or abuse, the customer shall be held liable for the damages. Warranty Seals Removed, tampered or broken warranty seals shall be subjected to a charge equivalent to 50% of Security Deposit of the item, which shall be paid through deduction from the Security Deposit or outright payment.
