HEAD OFFICE-BASED:
DIVISION MERCHANDISE MANAGERS – CONSTRUCTION
  • Responsible for merchandise sourcing and product assortment.
  • Will develop and initiate merchandising strategies that will improve department profitability and achieve sales and margin target.
  • At least 2 years related experience in retailing or wholesaling.
  • Preferably with knowledge of the JDA software.

STORE-BASED:

STORE MANAGER – PIONEER
  • Responsible for overall store operations – conceptualization and effective implementation of business strategies to achieve sales target s with full profit and loss accountability for the store.
  • Will effectively implement customer service, visual display, personnel management and inventory control standards.
  • At least 3 years store management experience in retail environment.
SENIOR STORE SUPERVISOR (CABANATUAN / FARMERS )
  • Responsible for the achievement of store’s KPI’s – EBIT.
  • Ensure store compliance with customer service; merchandise inventory and visual display standards at all time.
  • At least 3 years store management experience in retail environment.
STORE SUPERVISOR – ADMINISTRATION (METROPOLIS / PIONEER)
  • Directly supervises the cashiers.
  • Female, at least 25 years old, Graduate of any four-year course.
  • At least 2 years experience in cash / front end operations in any service-oriented organization.
STORE SUPERVISOR – OPERATIONS (DASMA, LIPA, PLARIDEL, NAGA)
  • Assist the Store Manager in implementing customer service and merchandise display standards.
  • Responsible for the achievement of department sales and profitability.
  • Responsible for the achievement of department sales and profitability.
  • Possess strong leadership skills and willing to work on weekends and holidays.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (ERMITA)
  • Coordinates with the marketing dept. in terms of promotional activities
  • Handles corporate account and other related customer relation services
  • Front liner, deal w/ customer inquiries and complaints.
